Day 1 at Class

So today it's the 9th of the month, I'm guessing I need to post something up.

Today is my first class for my MBA course. And I survived it!

Well, yesterday supposed to be the first class, but it was cancelled, and at the same time decided not to take the subject (Managerial Economics) as it was not a prerequisite subject for next trimester, and also afraid if I couldn't cope with the sudden command of workload and study load. So 6 credits for this trimester.

Nothing much is learnt today as it was still in the warming up session. The getting to know you part. There were approximate 40 students in my class. Most of them were fresh graduates, just joined the working taskforce. A few of them from banking line. I was hoping there were some CEOs or students at managerial level that will join my class so that there's a variety when it comes to views as I know there are difference when you are looking top-down and down-up. Unfortunately, there were none. But there were 2 working for themselves, not sure if they are entreprenuer or anything like that, haven't got that close though.

Tomorrow's another class. Accounting for Decision Making. God help me! I'm not sure if I can do any accounts anymore. The last accounting sum I did was probably during secondary school, and I'm not quite sure if I aced it. All I know about accounting now is balance, credit and debit. Hopefully I can survive this subject without any major mishaps!
